| Warranty |
We want you to be totally satisfied with our services.
J's Auto Service warrants all labor, new and rebuilt (remanufactured parts against defects in materials or workmanship for 12,000 miles or 12 months, which ever comes first, to the original purchaser, for cars driven under normal operating conditions.
J's also warrants all used parts for 30 days or 1,000 miles against failures which occur on cars driven under normal operating conditions. This excludes labor charges.
This warranty does not cover: loss of time, use to the car, towing, or any other consequential damages.
Warranty repairs will be made free of charge if the claim is made within the warranty period, is repaired by J's Auto Service, and in our opinion, the claim is justified.
